To the left, Rolex Submariner Date 16800,
Transitional model from 1982. Serial
number 7475 * * * .This model was made
for only a few years with this dial design.
Later continued with glossy dial with metal
bezels around hour markers. If you find
one with this dial but manufactured after
1983, it is most likely
put together after
the watch left the
factory.

The watch comes with an original box, Rolex certificate and Rolex booklet.
Pictured here a rare Rolex model 6098. This
model was an immediate predecessor to
Rolex Explorer. This watch has a 912 * * *
serial number and the case back has a
stamp of IV 52. The dial is original as are
the hands. Crown is of Rolex replacement.
The case is bigger than the
bubblebacks. Lug width is 20 mm.
